All That Glows {Christmas Tree Entry Way} | #TDOC Day 5

Happy you're back, its Day 5 of my blog challenge and I'm happy to be back here sharing more of my Twelve Days of Christmas with you.

Let me start off by saying I'm not a pro at home decorating.  I feel like throughout the years I've sorta lost my niche.  I used to be really nonchalant about it but lately not so much, I'm constantly changing my mind.  Except one thing that hasn't changed is that I love the feel of cozy and comfort in my home, no matter where that's been and I love to decorate around that.

This is the first home we own and probably the hardest time I've had decorating.  I guess its because its not just temporary anymore its for good and although I can change it around anytime I want, and believe me I will, there's certain things I want and a certain way I want it to look.

Since not a lot is up on the walls just yet besides paint and we haven't even tackled the upstairs, for now this year, being our first Christmas in our first home, I wanted it to feel like Christmas as much as possible {downstairs} and most of all, warm.  With that being said, today I'm sharing a few photos of our Entry way which is where our Christmas tree is also making its debut and I'll soon show you into the living room and dinning room/kitchen that are also very warm in making this year feel a lot like Christmas in the CCB Town home.

There's no specific theme this year, except golds, reds and warm touches plus a little left over greenery spread throughout.  But my favorite is walking in through our front door and the first thing you see is our beautiful tree as it glows.

How about we get started and I'll let the pictures do the talking.

and here's how it looks at night... I was hoping for a better picture but this what I got.

I'll be back with our Christmas fireplace mantel and dining room/kitchen later this week.  Thanks for stopping by today and come back tomorrow for #TDOC Day 6.
