You Can Still Eat Deliciously With Super Greens + Recipe Included!

Yes, you can! Believe it or not, greens aren't all that bad. In fact, they're not only good for you but they can be eaten in small yet delicious ways. I am not saying I eat them as often as I should because I should eat them and have my family eat them more. Sometimes we just forget that these even exist though, don't we? I love homemade, made from scratch foods and recipes but honestly I'm no chef and I prefer to bake than cook. So any short cuts I can take by all means, do share please. And I'm sure you feel the same, which is why I love to share my short cuts and semi-homemade recipes with you.

Tommy's Superfoods has literally become a favorite because it does just that, make it easy. Plus their frozen veggie medley's are freakin' delicious. They already come seasons for you and everything so the process quickly becomes much easier to put together once you come up with the perfect "easy" recipe.

A lot of people don't realize the benefits that super greens have. They contain high levels of chlorophyll and antioxidants. Because of their highly concentrated nutrient profile, super greens are believed to help boost the immune system, reduce inflammation, detoxify the body, and promote healthy digestion. With flu season upon us, consumption of these are a must. More than just once in a while.

Below frozen greens....

...fully cooked greens.

These are going to be great to incorporate into our holiday dishes. But today I'm sharing one that you and your kids will love. English Muffin Mini pizza's. I'll list the ingredients that I used below, but you can clearly make these to your liking, so basically however you want.

Ingredients
English Muffin
Pasta Sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Cherry tomatoes
Mini Pepperoni
Tommy's Superfoods Super Greens

Nothing is precooked except for the frozen Super Greens. After that, preheat your oven to 400 degrees, layer your mini pizza's and throw them in for 12-15 minutes.

That's it.

These were delicious to say the least.

And you'll have plenty of ingredients and leftovers to make more throughout the week, that's if your kids don't want seconds or thirds.

Easy. Peasy. Two of my favorite words.

Like I mentioned on my Instagram post, we're all busy-bodies these days, we want to be able to do it all and still be able to eat well and feed our families in the healthiest and easiest manner possible. So making easy dinners is not only the brands goal but mine too.

The best part is that they have Tommy's Superfoods available at your local Kroger (aka Ralph's) and I love our Kroger store for a lot of reasons but two of the best things, the friendly neighborly staff and they carry almost all of our favorite brands.

Let me know if you've given Super Greens a try yet and how you cook or create recipes of your own.

Check out more of their easy recipes on Tommy's Superfoods website [here], they have so many, you'll want to try them all.

This is a sponsored post, but all opinions and recipes are my very own.
