Minimal & Neutral Christmas Entry Way | 2018

This year, I opted to simplify our Christmas decor in our entry way, as some of you may remember, us giving our entry way a little makeover earlier this year, which you can check out that post here.

Though some more progress has been made, its not completely finished.  I'm happy with how it looks now, though.  Its much better and way more functional than before.

We used this space quite a lot as we come and go; sweaters, jackets, bags, shoes, groceries, etc... you name it, it gets dumped, thrown and hung here.  So it definitely serves its purpose.

Which is why keeping things simple and out of the way seemed appropriate.

All I did was add an extra piece of garland left over our built in chalk wall, from the garland we also used on our fireplace mantle, which I purchase from Home Depot every year.

The wreath is a purchase from Target last year on clearance and I love the look.

Added a few extra dried oranges which I strung and hung on one of the hooks, along with one of the Crate & Barrel knitted garlands, that was also an extra we did not add to the tree.

As you also know we kept most of our Christmas decor neutral, simple and yet cozy this year for the sake of reusing most of what we already had in storage, buying new and more decor than needed was not in the budget this year.  We wanted to put any extra $ towards donations and gifts.

Again, I used some extra garland pieces for the greenery that I tied together and hung on the inside of our entry door.

I may or may not already be planning next year's theme/decor.  Clearance items after Christmas sales, get ready!!!  Thank you all for stopping by and visiting.

Merry Christmas, friends!
