Getting Back To It With A Healthier Energy Shot

(Sponsored post by RuckPack, all opinions are my very own.)

So its been about a year now that I've been out of my consistency of a serious work out regimen and it might have been because of life in itself, making more time for fun and friends, focusing on my family and my blog, but overall I have not been as consistent as I was back in 2015 through 2016.  I knew though that I did want to get back into it, when working out from home it sometimes gets to easy to put it off, so I decided to sign up with our local gym.

I guess I felt if I committed myself to a monthly membership, I would feel more obligated and compelled to go... yeah right.  It took me a while to even make the time to finally get in there, but my husband on the other hand has been really good about his daily runs and gym work outs for the last three months or so.

Don't worry though, there's hope for me yet, but my husband has all the motivation right now.  I'm pretty proud of him actually.

We both lack the energy when it comes to getting that boost to get a work out in.  My husband in particular though loves to drink an energy supplement drink prior to his work out.  Me on the other hand, am pretty iffy about them, I've tried the powdered, mix, and shake drinks and they've given me the tingles!

These energy shots require no mixing or shaking (okay maybe a little shaking beforehand), but best yet it doesn't give me the tingles.

The hubs was not a big fan of all the flavors, I think his least favorite was the Citrus Ambush, but for us both the overall effect and purpose are key, not taste. I have to say, for me though, the Strawberry Assault was pretty tasty!

I love that I can drink this energy shot when I need it most, not just as a pre-workout shot drink, but instead that boost I need to clean the house or work on a diy or painting project or at three o'clock when we all could use that boost but don't want to have that extra cup of coffee.

RuckPack was first introduced back in 2012 on Shark Tank.  It is the supplement company originally founded by Marine Special Operations Forces in the battlefields of Afghanistan, military service-member owned and operated. With active ingredients that work synergistic-ally to promote core nutrition, razor sharp focus, instant energy and prolonged stamina. And though it may seem like it's targeted towards more of a male audience, its not, it's works for both, male and female.

These shots are made with natural sweeteners, colors, and flavors. They have both decaffeinated and with caffeine, the caffeinated shot contains natural caffeine from green tea. No sucralose. No synthetic caffeine.

They also add a powerful anti-oxidant, CoQ10, to restore a benefit of coffee lost during caffeine extraction. Now you can get all the benefits of caffeine while minimizing the side effects and bolstering the cognitive benefits.

Combat, sports, work, or kids whatever your daily battle is RuckPack will help keep you going!

We got to try their Strawberry Assault, Citrus Ambush and Strawberry Grenade which was caffeine free.

I enjoyed trying a healthier version of this energy shot, I can't tell you how skeptic I've been up until now.  What put me at ease was knowing exactly what these little bottles carry as ingredients and the extreme thought and care that went into putting this supplement together.  Not just for the brave men that fight daily for our country but humbled that they too considered civilians in their process.

RuckPack has very kindly offered my readers a discount for their products, you can enter code BB092 at checkout by visiting www.ruckpack.com or by clicking here.

Not only will you love their energy drinks but they have other great workout gear too!

Thanks for stopping by y'all hope you get inspired to try this healthier supplement option for that extra boost to keep up with your workouts, running after your little bambinos or to tackle all of your to-do's!
