So its been about a year now that I've been out of my consistency of a serious work out regimen and it might have been because of life in itself, making more time for fun and friends, focusing on my family and my blog, but overall I have not been as consistent as I was back in 2015 through 2016. We both lack the energy when it comes to getting that boost to get a work out in. My husband in particular though loves to drink an energy supplement drink prior to his work out. Me on the other hand, am pretty iffy about them, I've tried the powdered, mix, and shake drinks and they've given me the tingles!

I enjoyed trying a healthier version of this energy shot, I can't tell you how skeptic I've been up until now.
